We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with our hand car wash and detailing services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the service, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the service completion. We will do our best to address your concerns and, if necessary, provide a refund or complimentary re-service.
2. Cancellation Policy:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
As a service-based business, we don’t accept returns for completed services. However, if you believe there was an error in the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will investigate the matter promptly.

Gift certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another individual.
2. Weather Conditions:
In the event of adverse weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and the protection of your vehicle. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
3. Damaged or Lost Items:
High-End Car Wash is not responsible for any damage to or loss of personal items left in the vehicle during the service. Please remove all valuables before your appointment.
